This program will not be coming out until next spring, but as a coach, I get to host a test group starting January 3 to try this program out before it launches AND I can't wait for you to do it with me.

With my A FIT NURSE ® Virtual Fit Club, you will gain access to:

Sharing your journey in the group is how we all can support you, encourage you and hold you accountable to staying on track! Plus, you get to see what everyone else is doing too which can help motivate you to press play on your workouts each day and give you new meal ideas.

Here is some quick info about the program:

• 5 days/week (3 days of strength training, one day of cardio, on day of HIIT)
•  20-minute workouts
•  4 BONUS cycling workouts (it is not required to have a stationary bike for this program, but if you do have one you will get some bonus workouts!)
