Strawberry Banana & Flax Smoothie

Nothing beats having smoothies for breakfast - it's like having dessert early in the morning guilt-free! This smoothie recipe I am going to share with you is healthy, delicious and refreshing! It also contains flax seed that provides healthy fats and fiber to your diet.

 Ingredients:

 1/2 medium banana (frozen!)
1/2 frozen unsweetened strawberries
1 1/2 cups almond milk
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed

 What to do:

 Just place all ingredients in your blender, blend it and enjoy! Yum!
