2 eggs, large
1 1/2 cups almond milk
3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil or coconut oil
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder, aluminum free
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups whole wheat flour
1. Beat eggs lightly in a bowl, till frothy. Add in milk, maple syrup, oil, vanilla, baking powder and salt. Mix till combined well. Add in the flour.
2. Preheat your waffle maker and make waffles - follow your waffle makers instructions.
Enjoy and serve with toppings of your preference.
