I thought I felt good before I started the program. And I did feel good. And although I didn’t have serious issues with bloating, stomach pain, pooping, or food sensitivities, I 100% hands-down feel better now than I did 4 weeks ago. No question.

By cutting out just a few foods that are common culprits for inflammation and gut irritation, focused on managing stress, and committed to the simple, no-impact workouts, and in 4 weeks I’ve experienced MASSIVE changes, inside and out.
